HIIT for Runners

Come try out a HIIT class! This month we are joining with one of our partners, HIIT Like a Girl to offer you a chance to try out a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout. Coach Becky will be teaching and this class will be free to our Runner In Training followers!
What to bring? A mat, a pair of dumbbells (5-10 lbs) and a water bottle.
