Summer Youth Running Club
June 19, 2018 to August 2, 2018
We will meet Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-7 pm at Sherando Park. Participants can expect to perform drills and stretches, experience a variety of different workouts, play running games and learn valuable tips. The goal of our program is to make running fun as well as instilling a passion for our lifelong sport. These sessions are great for all types of runners as well as for athletes looking for off-season conditioning.
