Coach Becky McGraw


Coach Becky was once a high school All-American, a Division I XC & Indoor/Outdoor Track Scholarship athlete and is excited to be back on track after a 15 year hiatus. She has many years experience teaching group fitness classes, developing exercise prescriptions, coaching, and is a fierce competitor herself.

Interesting Fact: Through running and eating healthier, Becky shed 70 pounds in 2015-2016 and jumped back into the racing scene. Now, she is passionate about helping others kick start their own journey.

Coach Jeremy Sanders

Coach Jeremy has been running since 2011 and became a Road Runners Club of America certified running coach in 2015. Jeremy works closely with his clients to help provide attainable goal-driven running plans. A 4-time Boston Marathon qualifier himself, he has helped several clients qualify as well.
