Another edition of Workout Wednesday! It’s been awhile since we hit the core, so I thought I’d give you another great workout to keep in your strength arsenal.
Yes, abs are mostly made in the kitchen – stay out of your kids Halloween bucket!! Ok, ok – a couple fun-size Twix won’t hurt you. Speaking of Halloween, have you ever seen Jimmy Kimmel’s “I told my kids I ate all their Halloween candy” challenge? Yikes, poor kids! I would act the same way.
Way off tangent, let me bring it back to core.
Today, we will use a medicine ball. Don’t have one? I found this 5 lb. med ball at the store Five Below. Sweet!
